WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department as part of the Knowledge Management team that supports the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.
“Practices” are how we group and organize our solutions and products based on our clients’ industry or business function. They’re integral to how we win and deliver results to our clients, and are a key strategic priority within our firm. The M&A and Divestitures Practice is a global capability practice. Our solutions and products support client portfolio transformations across the M&A cycle: M&A Strategy, Due Diligence (for Corporates), Transaction Support, Merger Integration and Divestitures. We operate as a global capability with regular and frequent collaboration with industries and other capabilities.
The Knowledge Management team is critical to harnessing the best of our consulting staffs’ individual and collective expertise, making it possible for us to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.

Based in Bain Global Business Services Center (GBS) in Warsaw, part of the GBS Management team, the role is to define the GBS scope and service levelsrequired in agreement with a subset of offices. This role also encompasses defining full potential and driving roadmap to reach it in those offices, as well as owning full service delivery within the agreed scopes.
Regional HR Operation Lead manage a team within Regional Human Resources Operations in compliance with agreed service levels, approved budget and GBS policies. Regional HR Operation Lead also provide services to supported offices for an allocation of their time agreed with GBS Management. Such services can be on any GBS Service line:
- Consulting PD
- CSS HR
- Employee Administration
- Reporting and HC analytics
- Recruiting and onboarding
