We proudly maintain the highest level of client advocacy in the industry, and our clients have outperformed the stock market 4-to-1   WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH   The Proprietary Data Ventures group drives the development, commercialization, and day-to-day running of Bain’s proprietary datasets and data businesses.  The Data Ventures team is led by the EVP, Data Ventures.  This role reports to the Director, Data Venture Development, who is on the Proprietary Data Ventures Leadership Team.  The Data Ventures team’s remit is to grow both Bain’s core consulting business model through differentiated data insights, as well as expand into distinct adjacent revenue streams through the commercialization of data solutions, which will be developed through build/buy/partner pursuits.   WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM   This role is responsible for leading initiatives to identify, evaluate, develop, and launch new data businesses for Bain.  For select industry and capability sectors, the Senior Manager, Data Venture Development will be on point to lead the end-to-end analysis of potential data businesses, which could be developed through build, buy, or partnership avenues.  This role will lead the lifecycle of data business development, starting with ideation, through due diligence and business case development, piloting of approved concepts, and launch of a commercialized business.  This role will collaborate with the broader Proprietary Data Ventures function, as well as other centers of Innovation across Bain, to originate and evaluate data business ideas.  It is expected that, at any point in time, this role will be pursuing 2 to 3 potential initiatives, leveraging broader Bain resources to bring new business concepts to market.

Bain is consistently recognized as a Great Place to Work (Glassdoor #1 in 2020).   Based in Bain Global Business Services Center (GBS) in Warsaw, part of the GBS Management team, the role is to define the GBS scope and service levelsrequired in agreement with a subset of offices. This role also encompasses defining full potential and driving roadmap to reach it in those offices, as well as owning full service delivery within the agreed scopes. Regional HR Operation Lead manage a team within Regional Human Resources Operations in compliance with agreed service levels, approved budget and GBS policies. Regional HR Operation Lead also provide services to supported offices for an allocation of their time agreed with GBS Management. Such services can be on any GBS Service line: - Consulting PD - CSS HR - Employee Administration - Reporting and HC analytics - Recruiting and onboarding
