This product manage role will be supporting the Global Telecom practice. You will be working with the most senior Telecom leaders including the Global Telecom Practice Head. You will be reporting to the Practice Principal over the Media and Telecom practice.

The Telecom Rapid Diagnostic Practice Consultant will report to the Telecom & Media Practice Principal. As part of your role, you will also be working with Consultants and Analysts in our Bain Capability Center. This role is part of a tight, collaborative community of ~50 Practice Consultants globally, creating a team of peers with which to collaborate, learn from and experience-share.
The global telecom practice has created a new to Bain role that is a blend of product development, product management and product delivery. This role will be vital to the commercial success of the Telecom practice. This is a unique position within Bain as it has three core focuses. You will be running a startup and incubator within the Telecom practice.
As part of our growth effort, the Telecom practice is developing a series of 1-3 week products deployed in a low touch, high value, highly repeatable fashion. The products will be deployed outside of the typical M+4 client model. The Telecom Rapid Diagnostic Consultant will be responsible for:
- Product development: Work with our Global Capability Leads to define what a 1-3 week product is, how it works, and how to deploy it. The Consultant will be responsible for building the product utilizing the Bain Capability Network and outside vendors/partners.
- Product deployment: Work with Client Heads to deploy these shorter products at clients, often as a lead up to a client engagement.
- Product management: Based on learnings from deployments, adjust the product for a higher ROI outcome. This could include better software, optimized workflows, increased data from partners, or other product management skills.

This position’s primary role is to service the IT support needs of our user base in a demanding results-oriented environment. Based in our Americas Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Dallas, the role is to own delivery for specified HR activities and processes in allocated offices. The role is varied, deadline-driven, and demands exceptional time management and attention to detail. This position requires daily use of multiple core Bain systems and applications and may cover all areas of Bain Human Capital operations (Consulting staff Professional Development, Consulting Support Services (CSS) HR, Employee Administration, Human Capital Analytics) according to the needs of the supported offices and areas of specialization. Strong analytical skills and intermediate excel skills are required. Regional HC Coordinators will comply with expected service levels. These service level indicators will be a key part of Regional HC Coordinator’s performance assessment. Strong sense of customer service is paramount for this position.
Regional HC Coordinators are expected to deliver with a high level of autonomy.

The Internal Recruiting Senior Specialist is a newly created role created to meet the growing demand for candidates with Bain consulting experience in global and regional roles across our various businesses and functions. The Internal Recruiting team aims to increase the visibility and interest in rotational and long-term career opportunities within Bain. This is achieved by working with hiring managers to streamline the internal recruiting process, with potential candidates to help them understand the opportunities that may fit their professional interests and with the many stakeholders internally who provide valuable ongoing and situational support to help facilitate.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Advise and partner with key stakeholders (hiring managers, local office HR/staffing/program managers, PD advisors and mentors, etc.) actively involved in the recruiting and hiring of current and former Bain consulting talent. Flag any risk management issues early to ensure alignment on messaging with potential candidates
- Coach current and former Bain consulting talent exploring non-general management consulting roles within Bain. This includes liaising with global and regional departments within Talent Management, Finance and Legal and other external advisors as required to ensure compliance for any potential move into a new role

The Systems Engineer role is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to refine skills related to global infrastructure applications, and to build on previous project-related experience. Each member of the Infrastructure Applications team assumes increasing responsibilities over time, as abilities and performance develops. As part of the wider TSG department, the Systems Engineer is part of a dynamic, strong, collaborative group where they ask questions freely, they learn from others, and others learn from them. We build our success from sharing our knowledge and combining our skill sets.
As part of the TSG Infrastructure Applications team, the Systems Engineer is responsible for messaging, and collaboration applications within the Global TSG group. This position will have an emphasis on the implementation and support of our current and future Exchange messaging infrastructure and Active Directory with its associated services. This person may also provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrades for other applications as needed. They will also test, deploy, and as needed design new systems and services, working closely with implementation specialists, business owners and other TSG teams as needed. The Systems Engineer will be an escalation point for the overall Global TSG team.
Each member of the Infrastructure Applications team will have certain areas of focus within the team’s set of responsibilities, but will also have to work with and maintain other technologies maintained by the team.
The Software Engineering Team Lead will own the engineering approach and frameworks for the Lab to build slick modern apps across web, iOS and Android. The Team Lead will be responsible for selecting and maintaining standards around languages, libraries and frameworks, as well as ensuring that we learn from every app we build to standardize new components for future builds. The Team Lead will lead by example, working with our Software Engineers to build clean, reusable code. Most of this work will be alongside colleagues within the broader Digital team, but the Software Engineering Team Lead may also support Bain case teams or clients as a subject matter expert in their field. This is a global role reporting into the Head of the Development Lab.
- This is an opportunity to be a key member of Bain’s expanding data science capability area. This position will be part of the Advanced Analytics Group (Bain’s team of data science, engineering, marketing science, operations research and primary research experts)
- Responsibilities will include
- Supporting regional Data Scientists in extending and innovating our big data and analytic capabilities
- Working with Bain consultants and Advanced Analytics experts to define data requirements, plan data acquisition, and develop target data schemas
- Working with consultants and clients to extract large and complex data sets from client and third party sources (structured and unstructured) and then transfer & load the data onto Bain data servers into target data schemas
- Facilitating data merging and transformation in preparation for analysis by planning the process and either executing directly or training consultants to implement directly
- Assist Advanced Analytics experts with data validations and analysis of large and complex datasets
- The person in this role will need the ability to
- Communicate effectively with analytics/data experts, business leaders, and executives inside and outside of Bain to assess opportunities and develop data driven solutions for Bain clients across a variety of sectors
- Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions using appropriate data engineering, analytics, visualization & dashboard applications

The Freelance Digital Designer’s primary role will be to create digital designs for internal communications, Bain’s brand site and intranet sites while maintaining existing brand standards. In addition, this designer will animate graphics, design assets for social media and assist with the design of print collateral. The Freelance Digital Designer will be required to work in the Boston office three days per week. There may be an opportunity to perform additional work remotely.

At the intersection of business and technology, the Next Gen team is seeking a Senior Business and Low Code Engineer to join our growing team.
Working under the guidance of the Program Manager and alongside the team’s Project Managers, Architects, Product Designers, and Tools Specialists, this dynamic hands-on position will play a leading role in the ideation, validation, design, creation, and support of Next Gen tools and products.
These reusable products and services will be delivered using a diverse set of innovative tools and technologies including, but certainly not limited to, areas such as data ingestion and transformation, analytics, visualization, low code web and mobile engineering, business automation, and workflow integration.

This is an opportunity to support Bain’s expanding proprietary data business, helping to build a new start-up at Bain to deliver the NPS Prism product, a market-leading customer experience benchmarking service. NPS Prism creates NPS and episode benchmarks by surveying very large numbers of customers in a given sector. Customers are asked to identify the companies with which they do business, declare their likelihood to recommend each provider, describe why, and answer a battery of additional questions designed to reveal experiences with specific episodes, as well as share of wallet, channel preference, and other important data. NPS Prism offers rock-solid NPS benchmarks all the way to the episode level, the ability to determine the extent to which any given episode contributes to a company’s competitive differentiation, the value of improvement, and the ability to link performance to operational episode metrics. It is delivered through an interactive platform that allows subscribers to do their own analysis.
The Product Analyst will work closely with the NPS Prism Product Manager, General Manager, Bain Partners, and the Proprietary Data group to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.
The Marketing Editor is responsible for developing content that promotes Bain’s product offerings across all Industries and Capabilities, for a broad range of marketing channels. The Marketing Editor works as part of the Global Editorial Department, and in close collaboration with others in the Bain Marketing Department, providing online and print content creation, video scripting, case studies, longer form playbooks, infographic development, email copy, headline writing and other marketing messaging and editorial content as required.
The Marketing Editor provides this support to the Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Global Brand, Global Video and Global Editorial teams as needed, helps ensure that messaging and content is coordinated and consistent among them, and seeks opportunities to create new, innovative forms of content and to leverage content created for one channel into other channels.
