The PPK group is filled with world-class business leaders, product owners, engineers and knowledge specialists. This product manage role will be supporting the Global Telecom practice. You will be working with the most senior Telecom leaders including the Global Telecom Practice Head. You will be reporting to the Practice Principal over the Media and Telecom practice.
The Practices are critical to commercial success and are a key strategic priority within Bain.

PRACTICE AND ROLE SPECIFICS
The Telecom practice analyst will report to the Telecom & Media Practice Principal. It will be responsible for a number of different analytical initiatives within the practice. The work could be working for the practice principal or for another Telecom affiliate. .
The Telecom practice analyst can be based in any Bain office in North America and should expect to travel 20% of the time.
The global telecom practice has created a new to Bain role that is a blend of product development, product management and product delivery. This role will be vital to the commercial success of the Telecom practice. This is a unique position within Bain as it has three core focuses. You will be running a startup and incubator within the Telecom practice.

Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with the team to define business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing project plans, managing project related communications, and maintaining continuous system improvement on a go forward basis.

The role is to provide high quality graphics assistance including day-to-day slide production, high-end speaker driven presentationdevelopment, and other specialized graphics asks to support consulting and non-consulting staff across Bain offices. This position’s primary role is to service the IT support needs of our user base in a demanding results-oriented
environment. This role is expected to deal with the majority of calls and emails to the Help Desk using a variety of
problem solving techniques, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. A key component of the support
operation at Bain is the use of the HD+ ticketing and inventory system. Associates will receive training on the
ticketing system as well all of the other technologies and administrative process required to execute the duties of a
Technology Services Group (TSG) Associate. This person will learn support skills in a pressurized environment and
be able to expand their technical ability across a range of software, hardware, and mobile platforms.

Bain Advisor Network
Bain & Company’s core business is helping client executive teams to make their companies more valuable. This may require a strategy to adapt to changing market circumstances, an improvement in operational performance, or a strengthened organisation. Bain frequently engages with external Advisors and leverages external partnerships to complement Bain teams to deliver results.
Bain’s Advisor Network team is focused on building and maintaining a scale network of Bain affiliated Advisors. The BAN team manages policies, promotes visibility and use of advisors across Bain, plays a direct role in sourcing and managing Advisor relationships and supports the operations of the network.
The BAN is a central team within Bain that collaborates closely with internal Bain stakeholders, including case teams, Partners and Practices. The team is comprised of leaders with deep experience inside Bain in consulting and program management and in executive search and talent research.
The Program Management Coordinator will work as an integral part of the global Bain Advisor Network team. The Coordinator will be responsible for program management of BAN processes including advisor placement and maintenance of BAN network, as well as interfacing with internal stakeholders to answer their questions and requests. This is a new role, which has been created as part of the Bain Advisor Network.
The Program Management Coordinator will be viewed as successful if:
- BAN process (including coordinating legal documentation, placing advisors and maintaining the advisor network) is coordinated effectively to facilitate program success
- The BAN team, Bain Partners and Bain case teams believe they have a primary “go-to” person to handle program operations and questions (are having all queries answered in a timely fashion)

The Director of Business Development, Planning and Program Management, is responsible for development and delivery of the firm’s strategic partnerships in the Planning and Program Management domain. This person is an expert and thought leader in the domain, with deep understanding of planning and program management methods, technologies and tools and their deployment to solve our clients’ toughest problems. This role guides our practice, solution and product leaders in the use of third party planning and program management capabilities to differentiate Bain’s offering and services. This role guides our clients and teams in the use of planning and program management partnerships, as part of Bain’s solutions. Last but not least, this role leads a team of business development resources dedicated to achieving full potential of Bain’s strategic partnerships in the planning and program management domain. Success in this role is defined by (1) integration of relevant third party planning and program capabilities in Bain’s practices, solutions and products and (2) penetration of embedded third party planning and program capabilities in addressable Bain case work. This individual should plan on 30-40% travel, including some international travel.
