The FRWD@Bain team combines traditionally separate capabilities including data analysis, systems integration, media, and creative into a team of subject matter experts that works side-by-side with consulting case teams and internal client teams. Accelerated by real-time testing, this unique approach to collaboration propels brand recognition, sales growth and team development, all at the speed of consumer demand. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM:
As a Senior Art Director, you are the expert voice in evaluating effective and efficient creative content and user journey experiences. You balance your business and analytical skills with your brand and design expertise to create and/or evaluate compelling, usable and actionable marketing content. You work with internal Bain teams and external clients to understand their business requirements, evaluate their marketing efforts and recommend design and creative solutions. You help shape the creative and content vision for brand experiences across an ever-growing mix of channels for FRWD@Bain clients. Your primary responsibility is to diagnose, strategize and problem-solve on how a client can create effective creative content across digital platforms, and utilize design strategy to leverage creative content and assets as part of the full marketing test and learn landscape.
You lead with empathy and a willingness to understand end-users and their needs through a passionate focus on solutions that drive human connection. You effectively communicate to partners and client’s conceptual ideas, strategic analysis, detailed design, and design rationale. You verbally and visually organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions in order to meet project deadlines. You proactively seek out opportunities to learn and stay current with latest tools, tech, style, digital and graphic trends.
