Coordinator EMEA HR is expected to perform autonomously with a high level of expertise in all administrative areas of HR Operations. Professional growth will be driven by the number of offices they can support (may depend on language skills, in addition to English), breadth and depth of expertise in areas of EMEA HR operations.
Coordinator EMEA HR is required to be flexible, agile and with a considerable experience of working in a demanding environment. This role will be assigned to work closely with one of the Bain Offices in EMEA for long term. However, when the situation demands, you may be assigned to different offices, sometimes multiple offices at once, if capacity allows. Each office assignment may cover some or all of the tasks identified below, or could include certain specific tasks not in the list below.
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be asigned from time to time in case no offices from the region require assistance with employee administration at the given moment. These tasks may include recruiting support, professional development, staffing support etc.
