Sitting across our Technology and Analytics Group (TAG) and our Customer practice, our vision is to help put marketing front and center as the #1 growth driver of our clients’ business. With the combined skills of Bain and FWRD, we are able to bridge the gap between brand, marketing, strategy and execution, trialing strategies in immediate real-life tests, while having the operating model and organizational design experience to scale the results throughout the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deepest functional expertise: In-platform e-commerce analysis, execution and optimization of major e-commerce platforms in India. Demand forecasting, Good understanding of the ecommerce supply chain with experience and expertise in assortment planning, various fulfilment models, ecommerce warehousing and terms of trade.
FRWD@Bain is looking for a Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who will confidently handle all steps in helping clients accelerate their online sales via the range of marketplace to direct to consumer participation models. This role will be part of a unique high-performing team that is typically involved in accelerating client results through testing, learning and scaling what works. Month to month experiences will typically range from very focused e-commerce analysis and optimization, leveraging the full suite of levers within the major e-commerce platforms and across the client’s marketing organization, through to building client capability and delivering results for great brands and clients. We are looking for someone who is excited to share their knowledge with the broader team and train their client teams and peers on how to efficiently and effectively grow sales online, thereby driving strong business outcomes. The person must want to help build and foster a healthy and innovative work environment, with a strong team focus and an ability to inject fun and humor even at the busiest times.
