Based in our Global Business Services office in Warsaw, the role is to provide analytical support to German/Swiss offices as part of the “DACH” FP&A team.

Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel and Power Point, fluent English and attention to details are essential for this position. 

Responsibilities:

As part of the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) FP&A team provide weekly/monthly reporting: focus to ensure best transparency on business operations to support business leaders  

  • Producing monthly reports for department managers on cost incurred by department and sub-department vs. plan
  • Variance Analysis and Compensation Monitoring
  • Analyzing and reporting on Headcount and Employee Costs
  • Support weekly revenue/pipeline reporting to country- and industry leadership
  • Derive periodical reporting on price realization
  • Reporting to Global FP&A team and Local Talent team on Short Term Transfers etc.

 

Planning: supporting the development of budgets

  • Assisting in the development of annual budget, 3 Year Plan and Reforecasts
  • Support on long range planning including location/office planning

 

Automation: helping to implement new software and tools

  • Working on new monthly reporting and planning tools
  • Engage in projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in a financial, business, or quantitative field of study
  • 1-3 years of work experience working in a Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting role
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Passion for delivering results
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English
  • Very good knowledge of German will be an advantage 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage oneself to meet deadlines
  • Interest in using/learning new financial planning and reporting tools
  • Ability to master financial planning and reporting systems:
    • Very strong proficiency in Excel
    • Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Ability to learn how to download reports from Finance and H/R systems
