The FRWD@Bain team combines traditionally separate capabilities including data analysis, systems integration, media, and creative into a team of subject matter experts that works side-by-side with consulting case teams and internal client teams. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM:
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to concept and bring ideas to life for our internal partners and external client brands. We focus primarily on paid media and brand-driven digital experiences that make connections with consumers to drive action. Your greatest contribution to the team will be to bring your passion and experience for product and brand storytelling and your dynamic creative leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Most unique in our model is the balance of hands-on making content with coaching and enabling others how to make better content. You’ll bring deep understanding of how rational and emotional content impacts consumer action - sometimes to diagnose and recommend improvements client teams and agencies will execute, and sometimes to execute as a FRWD@Bain creative team. You’ll write with empathy, understand user needs and focus on creative content that drives human connection. And you’ll demonstrate leadership by evangelizing creativity and pushing the definition of effective creative content within the company and with clients.
One month it may be with the world’s largest beverage brand, and the next with an insurgent brand looking to crack into a competitive category with a differentiated point of view. Some days you’ll be challenged with developing new advertising concepts and producing video, social and other channel content. Other days you’ll teach and mentor clients on how to better brief agencies or how to use new production partners to meet the ever-growing demand for more personalized content. You’ll be part of a team looking at data and applying your point of view to assess the full spectrum of content from a fast-growing ecommerce brand and recommending ways to improve. Your access to the most interesting brands in the world is unlimited, and the variety of what each day brings is unusually broad for a copywriter role.
