    This position will provide full cycle recruiting/resourcing for a wide variety of corporate, tech, digital and analytics positions on a global level. This person will typically have a cross-functional requisition load of various levels. This role will partner with our hiring managers and recruiters around the world to creatively and effectively fill our open positions with top talent. This assignment is estimated to be full-time fixed term contract role.

    Responsibilities and duties

     

    • Provides sourcing, recruitment support for assigned corporate, digital, tech and analytical positions in the APAC region.
    • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates and identifies talent through established and new channels; leverages personal networks, job boards and social media etc.
    • Proactively sources passive candidates for open positions for tech professionals in seeking meaningful, challenging careers in analytics, design, digital, and software engineering through a variety of tools while maintaining cost effective methods.
    • Develops creative and diverse sourcing plans like market mapping, headhunting etc
    • Maintains proper records via applicant tracking system. Updates and interprets recruitment metrics.
    • Conducts regular follow-ups with recruiters and business to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans. Recommends and implements process improvements for challenging to fill roles.
    • Coordinates all interview schedules and candidate communication for assigned requisition.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Provides resourcing/recruiting for assigned corporate positions within the APAC region.
    • Establishes collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and local office/region HR staff.

    • Proactively sources passive candidates for open positions through a variety of tools while maintaining cost effective methods.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience required, tech, digital, analytics and international recruiting experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong tech, digital and analytics recruiting background and proven experience with current recruitment practices and sources.
    • Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
    • Curious and loves going beyond the surface level of a profile; you research market trends and don’t rely on just a keyword search to find the niche talent
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and ability to manage competing demands.
    • Flexibility to connect with colleagues and candidates outside regular business hours when needed.
    • Proven ability to drive consensus among multiple parties.
    • Prior experience in tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications) and prior experience with HRIS and Applicant tracking Systems.
