    We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with previous experience from a fast paced, results orientated environment, to strengthen our dynamic Helsinki Office team. Our corporate culture is high pace, fun & international with strong emphasis on quality and professionalism.

     

    As part of our Nordic recruiting team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruiting processes in Finland and make sure our local recruitment activities and marketing events run efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bain:

    You play a key role to attract, nurture and recruit our next generation of talented Consultants from the best academic institutions in Finland. You are the main point of contact for recruits, thrive in building relationships with them as you coordinate the recruiting process. In addition, you execute the client marketing activities in our Helsinki office with the highest possible standard.

     

    In this role you coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for consultants and interns, which includes:

    • Manage the candidate pipeline, drive the screening process, coordinate interview days as well as the offer and closing process
    • Provide input to local recruiting strategy and execute activity plans together with school teams
    • Be first point of contact for recruits and internal consultant team
    • Manage recruitment and client events (planning, execution and follow up - on campus or inhouse)
    • Coordinate and manage the local internship programme
    • Work closely with the Nordic and local recruiting team to implement best practices and help drive continuous improvements
    • Manage client CRM system and recruiting statistics

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • Experience in recruitment and/or similar coordination role
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English

You also need the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. A high level of professional manner and appearance is required. You have good attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a strong team player with a –can-do- attitude, collaborative, resilient, and flexible in terms of working hours and tasks, with a good sense of humor.
