We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with previous experience from a fast paced, results orientated environment, to strengthen our dynamic Helsinki Office team. Our corporate culture is high pace, fun & international with strong emphasis on quality and professionalism.
As part of our Nordic recruiting team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruiting processes in Finland and make sure our local recruitment activities and marketing events run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bain:
You play a key role to attract, nurture and recruit our next generation of talented Consultants from the best academic institutions in Finland. You are the main point of contact for recruits, thrive in building relationships with them as you coordinate the recruiting process. In addition, you execute the client marketing activities in our Helsinki office with the highest possible standard.

Qualifications and Experience:
As a person you need excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. You also need the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. A high level of professional manner and appearance is required. You have good attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a strong team player with a –can-do- attitude, collaborative, resilient, and flexible in terms of working hours and tasks, with a good sense of humor.
