    Based in our Global Business Services office in Warsaw, the role is to provide high quality finance assistance to consulting and non-consulting staff across Bain offices.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Code the invoices in the financial system and manage workflow (remind those on the vendor chain approval list to approve).
    • Assist vendors and employees of Bain with inquiries, account status, payments and policies
    • Audit expense reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with policy and VAT rules in different supported countries
    • Send out reminders to the Managers and supervisors to approve expenses
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of expenses in the financial system
    • Send out reminder of expense deadline
    • Be the point person for technical questions on the Travel & Expense
    • Run Travel & Expense reports and provide also other Travel & Expense related analysis upon request

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree (or final-year student) in economy, business or finance & accounting related field
    • Internship or short working experience in finance & accounting area
    • Fluent English (at least C1) and Spanish (at least B2)
    • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office within a PC Windows operating environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Confidence to forge strong and successful working relationships sense of service and ability to create additional demand through quality of delivery
