This role will be a leader in the global staffing team focused on the implementation and support for Bain’s internal staffing system. Responsibilities include working closely with internal customers across a myriad of groups (Staffing, Global Human Capital, Finance, Knowledge Management, and others) to drive global implementation efforts and ownership for continuously improving data collection and processes related to the system strategy, specifically as it relates to reporting requirements.
