  • Collaborate directly with Consulting Partners and Managers, as well as colleagues in Consulting Support Service departments, to ensure effective management of the full revenue cycle. Plan work and communications to maintain, analyze and report on client development pipeline as well as the revenue forecast and actuals, while ensuring timely and accurate contract review, financial system entry, invoicing and collection. Prepare monthly and ad hoc analysis of revenue, pipeline, and staffing and price realization.

    • Collect and maintain Case Reference Information. Review proposals, survey VP’s and maintain Case and Client Management System (CCM) with essential reference information for each case. Set up new case codes and communicate to case manager and others based on established procedures.
    • Determine invoice amounts based on partner discussions, revenue forecasts, Human Capital System (HCS) staffing levels, expenses incurred and client contracts. Prepare timely client invoicing, manage client expense balances, receivable collections and requests for additional detail.
    • Review and track client contracts, ensuring timely issuance and compliance. Obtain industry and conflict data. Coordinate with Legal department and update REV system for details including upload of scanned contracts.
    • Manage the AR month end close process: confirm AR close; verify AR outstanding balances; close chargeback system.
    • Support the Revenue Manager in review and analysis of pipeline opportunities, analysis of staffing levels, price realization, revenue forecasts and other revenue cycle trends as needed.
    • Coordinate Case Team Event Program and Budget.
    • Process monthly chargebacks.
    • Prepare additional analysis including: Year-end audit and tax schedules, Client development report, DSO and imputed interest analysis, semi monthly, monthly and year end revenue analysis and reporting.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
    • 1-3 years experience in a Finance or Accounting role
    • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, financial systems
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional, mature manner
    • Good analytical and decision making skills
    • Able to work independently with senior level management
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, enthusiastic team player
