  • Position Summary

    Independently assume responsibility for the analysis and maintenance of global talent and employee data from multiple data sources

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Manage and maintain various Human Capital systems
    • Ownership of end to end analysis requests, including advising on data nuances, providing suggestions on methodology, and preserving the security and integrity of the data
    • Execute zero-defect analysis of Human Capital data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances
    • Collaborate with senior management, suggesting ways to approach value-added analyses
    • Maintain 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure smooth transition to SaaS providers and quality support and maintenance
    • Collaborate with IT and/or 3rd party software vendors on ongoing system enhancements and bug fixes
    • Lead system upgrades, including developing and executing test plans, identifying system dependencies and highlighting risks
    • Build collaborative relationships with internal customers to insure continuous feedback and opportunities for enhancements
    • Identify information sources and demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses
    • Attend Associate Consultant Training (intensive business skills training)
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a business environment preferred
    • Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to use complex and interrelated data to generate insights
    • Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative on multi-faceted projects/responsibilities
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior leadership in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
    • Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
    • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to travel and flex schedule to support customers in various locations and time zones as needed
