    FRWD@Bain is looking for a no holds barred digital media specialist who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Someone confident to handle all steps of across the many domains in the digital media space: search, social, display/programmatic, ecommerce; from planning to optimization to reporting without thinking twice. Looking for someone who loves digital, and won’t “settle” for just any job. Someone who is excited to share their knowledge with internal and client teams and train on how to run successful digital media campaigns. And most importantly, someone who takes contributing to a positive and healthy work place as a serious responsibility…whether that be through proactive encouragement of others, random goofiness, funny but informative mass emails to the team or is just plain awesome to work with.

    • Manage FRWD@Bain media campaigns across various client teams via forecasting, strategy and campaign development, execution, optimization and measurement
    • Core focus areas: paid search, paid social, Amazon PPC, online video and other display/programmatic
    • Synthesize detailed marketing and campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations towards client’s business objectives
    • Ability to train junior level employees regarding digital media capability and executional tactics across domains
    • Provides thought leadership to organization on ever-changing digital media landscape
    • Proactively seeks out opportunities to continuously improve client campaigns
    • Stays abreast of digital media trends, insights and new product launches and shares regularly with greater team
    • Actively seeks and implements test opportunities, whether it be A/B testing, bidding strategy experiments or creative/message testing
    • Maintains healthy relationships with technology, analytics and media partners
    • Executing planning and buying for test and learn projects with FRWD@Bain clients
      • Building client facing campaign reports with full campaign analysis
      • Meeting with the vendor community on a regular basis to ensure clients are leveraging the latest products and technologies


    • Must possess 5+ years digital media experience across any number/all of the above core focus areas
    • Certifications preferred: Google, Facebook
    • Familiar with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, WebTrends)
    • Strong writing skills – Attention to correct mechanics and grammar are a must
    • Exhibits accountability for the measurable success of programs, clients and agency capabilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - in particular, Excel
    • Passion for technology, marketing and its influence on consumer behavior
    • Ability to communicate to clients regarding media campaign success and suggested changes
    • Strong communication, time management and analytical skills
    • Must be detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure


    Preferred, but not required:


    • Experience with ad serving technology (i.e. DART): Trafficking, pulling reports, making and placing tracking tags
    • Experienced with bid management platforms (Google Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, SearchForce)
    • Competency in developing custom bid logic, experience with multiple forms of bidding strategies such as CPA, ROAS, Smart Bidding
    • SEO best practices
    • General understanding of interactive research tools, such as DART, Ad Relevance, @plan, and Media Metrix, SEM Rush
    • Certifications: Google Analytics IQ
    • eCommerce experience a plus
