The Program Manager works closely with the department Director and wider team (Coordinators, Recruiters, Systems, Legal, Finance), Bain Partners, Practice Area Managers and Advisors.
Drives Advisor utilization and adoption within Bain for client serving and selling purposes
Runs Advisor engagement program and cultivates relationship management
Supports Director in developing team overall strategy and guiding principles
Supports Director in managing the team processes and workflow, promoting collaboration between team members and providing ad hoc assistance
