    The Program Manager works closely with the department Director and wider team (Coordinators, Recruiters, Systems, Legal, Finance), Bain Partners, Practice Area Managers and Advisors.


    Drives Advisor utilization and adoption within Bain for client serving and selling purposes


    • Proactively engages with Bain’s global Practices to understand Advisor needs to support commercial opportunities. Plans and executes regular Practice briefings and trainings
    • Identifies opportunities for Advisor utilisation across Practices, including creating initiatives to promote awareness of Advisors within Bain
    • Creates internal and external program communications materials; including Advisor onboarding, Bain partner and case team training materials, internal communications

    Runs Advisor engagement program and cultivates relationship management

    • Develops strategy for cultivating and maintaining relationships/engagement with Advisors (e.g. determine outreach plan, communications cadence and focus)
    • Creates required communications materials for Advisor relationship management (including feedback / relationship renewal) and tailor to Advisor type and Practice affiliation
    • Provides assistance to the Advisor talent through the contracting process (referencing, offers, non-compete restrictions) ensuring efficiency in scheduling and timely feedback, delivering a great experience regardless of outcome


    Supports Director in developing team overall strategy and guiding principles

    • Provide consolidated analysis of the program's performance across sourcing, onboarding, deployment, financial and Advisor’s engagement KPIs with input from the team (Coordinators, Recruiters, Finance)
    • Refine pricing model and processes


    Supports Director in managing the team processes and workflow, promoting collaboration between team members and providing ad hoc assistance



    • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, current or recent consulting experience, or alumni with corporate experience within a publicly traded and/or private equity backed business
    • Proven self-starter (comfortable with what could be a remote supervisor and team) with demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
    • Skilled at driving change through an organization by indirectly influencing multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to develop and drive pragmatic business insights in fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in developing audience-right high quality presentations
