  • Overview

    The Coordinator, Americas Compensation will focus in three areas: 1) assisting Manager, Americas Compensation with compensation tasks for the Americas region 2) assisting local HR Managers within the Americas region on compensation tasks for their individual office(s) 3) providing back-up HR support to local offices as needed.


    Americas Compensation

    • Assist in the ongoing administration of compensation tasks for the Americas region:
      • Send reminders and due dates to local HR Managers for monthly compensation tasks including promotions, PD grade changes, pay increases and profit share payments
      • Combine individual data submissions from offices into a single file, review for accuracy and manage uploads to HRIS system
      • Update compensation memo templates
      • Maintain up-to-date training documentation and policy information on HCIC
    •  Conduct ongoing compensation data audits in HRIS system throughout the year, flag issues and work with local offices to resolve
    •  Complete ad-hoc data requests as needed

    Local office compensation

    • Assist local HR managers on compensation tasks for their individual office(s)
      • Perform ongoing bonus calculations for both client-facing and CSS staff within their assigned office
      • Gather performance ratings data from local HR in order to determine correct bonus payout levels
      • Coordinate with US payroll on bonus payouts and deadlines and advise global payroll on transfers as needed
      • Prepare compensation memos for distribution to local staff
      • Provide guidance to local HR team on compensation policy and processes
      • Perform and maintain accurate compensation data entry in the HRIS system
      • Calculate tenure for client-facing staff
      • Monitor monthly vesting in profit share awards
      • Support the annual review cycles for both client-facing and CSS staff within their assigned office

    Backup HR Support

    • Assist local offices as needed and as availability dictates
    • Provide support in the areas of HCPD administration, HCS administration, benefits support, CTSU administration, Workday processing and the CSS review process


    • BA or BS degree required
    • 1-2 years of work experience required; Bain experience preferred. HR and benefits experience a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication, detail-orientation, analytical and organizational skills
    • Team player with interest in working in collaborative environment
    • Proficiency with human resources and finance systems. Experience with Workday strongly preferred
    • Ability to deal appropriately with highly-confidential information
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
