  • Overview

    Ensure revenue is managed, analyzed and reported consistently and effectively. Serve as Finance contact for VPs and Managers relating to all financial aspects of the client relationship, including: contracts, revenue forecasts, invoicing, overdue receivables, collections, revenue accruals, and time & expenses charged.  Ensure timely and accurate month end forecast and invoice entry.  Prepare monthly and ad hoc analysis of revenue and price realization.

    Responsibilities

    • Collect and maintain Case Reference Information. Review proposals, survey VP’s and maintain Case and Client Management System (CCM) with essential reference information for each case. Set up new case codes and communicate to case manager and others based on established procedures.
    • Determine invoice amounts based on VP discussions, revenue forecasts, Human Capital System (HCS) staffing levels, expenses incurred and client contracts. Prepare timely client invoicing, manage client expense balances, receivable collections and requests for additional detail.
    • Review and track client contracts, ensuring timely issuance and compliance. Obtain industry and conflict data. Coordinate with Legal department and update REV system for details including upload of scanned contracts. 
    • Manage the AR month end close process: confirm AR close, verify AR outstanding balances, close chargeback system.
    • Coordinate Case Team Event Program and Budget.
    • Process monthly chargebacks
    • Work with staffing team to ensure accurate consultant headcount reporting, compare to data in system and submit monthly headcount forecast. Provide short term transfer and corporate assignment detail to ensure accurate calculation of local office capacity.  
    • Prepare additional analysis including:  Affiliates invoicing, Year-end audit and tax schedules, Client development report, DSO and imputed interest analysis, semi monthly, monthly and year end revenue analysis and reporting, chargeback pricing, Ad hoc projects as directed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • BS in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting)
    • 2-3 years experience in a Finance or Accounting role
    • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, financial systems
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional, mature manner
    • Good analytical and decision making skills
    • Able to work independently with senior level management
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, enthusiastic team player
