The Consumer Products and Retail Practice Team is a global group that supports both the Consumer Products (CP) and Retail industry verticals. Along with being one of the flagship industry practices at Bain, this practice is recognized within the firm as a passionate, energetic and innovative team.
Knowledge Specialists play a critical role in supporting Bain’s ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Candidates should have a strong interest in leading our end-to-end knowledge management processes, including knowledge capture operations, playing a leadership role in coordinating with other practices globally, and working closely with the Practice Team on practice strategy and operations, product development and other special projects. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who has a desire to develop expertise within the consumer products and retail industries. Prior experience in these sectors is a plus (but not a requirement).
This position is a full-time position supporting our Consumer Products (CP) & Retail practice areas in the EMEA region, reporting to a Knowledge Team Leader in Paris, and sitting within a larger global Practice Team.
Lead the capture and sharing of Bain’s knowledge base within Bain’s EMEA Consumer Products and Retail industry verticals.
Arm Partners and other members of the consulting staff with the best internal and external content to demonstrate our expertise.
Support the Practice Leadership and Practice Managers as they execute the practice strategy and manage practice operations.
Actively contribute to the global Consumer Products & Retail practice and broader Product, Practice, & Knowledge team
