For over 20 years, Bain’s Practices have supported case teams across the globe with industry, capability, and enabler expertise and knowledge. Our practices are critical to Bain’s commercial success and are a key strategic priority.
This position is a full-time roll that provides rotational cover and additional support to different Practice Areas as needs arise in the business. If there are times when no additional Practice support is needed, the role may also provide help to busy Practices that are fully staffed or to the program, product, or operations teams in Knowledge Management. The Knowledge Specialist Floater will get broad exposure to a variety of Practices.
Knowledge Specialists play a critical role in supporting Bain’s ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. We are looking for an individual who has a strong interest in working to optimize knowledge capture operations and support, can run our end-to-end knowledge management processes, play a leadership role in coordinating with other Practices, and work closely with the assigned Practice team on projects supporting operations and product development. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for learning new topics and an ability to nimbly shift between new Practice assignments.
Coordinate, manage or lead the capture and sharing of Bain’s knowledge base within the relevant Practice.
Arm Partners and other members of the consulting staff with Bain’s best intellectual property and expertise.
Contribute to the development and execution of the assigned Practice strategy.
Actively contribute to the assigned Practice and broader Product, Practice, & Knowledge team, in line with Bain’s Operating Principles
Liaise with others as necessary, including members of other global services departments
