    Works closely with the team’s Director and wider team, Practice Area Managers, Bain Partners and Advisors:


    Creates and implements team strategy and operations

    • Flexibly and proactively manage own work process and complete tasks specified by the Director, including implementing and creating strategy
    • Conduct analysis to create overview reports and team metrics, using inputs from Senior Coordinator and Finance Specialist
    • Create department internal materials, Bain training materials, internal communications, including creating initiatives to promote awareness of this new team within Bain
    • Share new vendors list to Practices to determine if contracts should be renewed (quarterly)
    • Suggest cross-Practice utilisation (manpower planning)
    • Prioritise multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, evolving work environment

    Prepares for team expansion

    • Coordinate with Bain Practices to ensure the department is effectively expanded (according to internal timeframes)
    • Plan and execute wider Practice briefings and trainings (where required)
    • Iterate and roll out to new intersect

    Assists with sourcing strategy

    • Implement, and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and evaluate talent
    • Turn profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of leveraging existing connections within Bain direct sourcing, referrals, and other relevant methods
    • Develop role specifications, target profile, and candidate scorecard in collaboration with the Practice leader
    • Provides assistance to the talent through the contracting process (referencing, offers, non-compete restrictions) ensuring efficiency in scheduling and timely feedback, delivering an incredible experience regardless of outcome

    Runs Engagement Program

    • Develop strategy for cultivating and maintaining relationships/engagement with existing talent e.g. determine outreach events required, communications cadence and focus
    • Create required communications materials for outreach/relationship management and tailor to Practice affiliation and talent type


    • Current or recent consulting experience ideally, minimum of 5 plus years’ professional experience, and or 2 plus years' consulting experience
    • MBA or master’s degree with outstanding academic credentials preferred, but not required
    • Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills, and is a proven self-starter (comfortable with what could be a remote supervisor and team)
    • Strong communication skills and ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and Advisors
    • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
    • Experience and proficiency creating high quality presentations
