  • Overview

    This position will provide full cycle recruiting for a wide variety of corporate positions on a global level. This person will typically have a cross-functional requisition load of various levels . This role will partner with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners around the world to creatively and effectively fill our open corporate positions with top talent. This assignment is estimated to be full-time for 6 months. 


    • Provides full cycle recruiting for assigned corporate positions in the Americas and EMEA region. 
    • Establishes collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and local office/region HR staff.
    • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates and identifies talent through established and new channels; leverages personal networks, job boards and social media etc.
    • Proactively sources passive candidates for open positions through a variety of tools while maintaining cost effective methods.
    • Develops creative and diverse sourcing plans.
    • Maintains proper records via applicant tracking system. Updates and interprets recruitment metrics.
    • Conducts regular follow-ups with managers and HR Business Partners to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans. Recommends and implements process improvements for challenging to fill roles.
    • Coordinates all interview schedules and candidate communication for assigned reqs. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 3+ years of recruiting experience required, corporate and international recruiting experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong corporate recruiting background and proven experience with current recruitment practices and sources.
    • Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and ability to manage competing demands.
    • Flexibility to connect with colleagues and candidates outside regular business hours when needed.
    • Proven ability to drive consensus among multiple parties.
    • Prior experience in tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications) and prior experience with HRIS and Applicant tracking Systems.
