    Position summary


    The AAG EMEA Staffing Manager will work with the AAG EMEA team and with AAG Staffing Managers in other regions to staff AAG EMEA team members on the appropriate client case teams.  We are open to candidates located in Amsterdam, London, Munich or Warsaw.


    The person in this role should have an understanding of Advanced Analytics either through course work or work experience and a passion to learn more.  This role will require an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. The successful candidate should have an interest and understanding of analytics, a strong customer service attitude, have excellent attention to detail, have excellent communication skilsl, be able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and be a self-starter. 



    • Discuss case project needs with consulting case team and AAG managers to understand client/case team needs
    • Understand skills of all AAG EMEA team members and have regular discussions with AAG EMEA managers to understand the PD needs of their direct reports
    • Help ensure AAG EMEA team members develop professionally
    • Maintain a balanced utilization across the team
    • Respond to ad hoc staffing information requests (as required)



    • Balance need to support IP Development and case support
    • Track progress of HLAs allocated to EMEA team members


    AAG Warsaw team managment

    • Manage AAG team located in the Warsaw SSC
    • Provide guidance on ‘soft skills’
    • Pull in technical expertise from other AAG team members as needed

    • 7+ years professional experience
    • Previous staffing experience or hands-on analytic experience a plus
    • Experience of working for in a demanding environment, preferably a professional services or blue chip organisation
    • Understanding of Advanced Analytics
    • Proven ability to coach and mentor junior team members
    • Proven organisational and administrative skills
    • Fluent in English, additional European languages would be beneficial
    • Limited Travel
