Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support services to 5 assigned Managers, including meeting and travel scheduling, coordinating and producing written and verbal correspondence, coordinating internal and external communications, liaison activities and related ad hoc requests, duties and projects under the direction of and as assigned by Managers following established company policy, operating practice and protocol.
