    Based in our EMEA Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, the Senior Coordinator, CSS Recruiting has a central role in the HR team, driving key recruiting process for the SCC Office, as well as providing professional recruitment advice and support to SSC Operations.


    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising, posting, sourcing, screening, selection and testing) together with SSC Operations leaders to deliver high quality offerees within deadlines, according to business needs for all assigned open positions,
      • Explore and use relevant sourcing channels including social media,
      • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors, as required
      • Coordinate all interviewing steps,
      • Recommend decisions on applicants to SSC operations managers/team leaders, working with key stakeholders in supported offices in close coordination with SSC operations,
      • Keep close contact with offerees until offers are accepted,
      • Propose action plans when necessary to meet delivery targets.
    • Promote and track ‘Hire a Friend’ program outcome for all assigned positions
    • Ability to track positions and candidates using ‘best practices’ or other technical methods
    • Support development and adoption of best practices for CSS recruiting in the office
      • Design and lead Employer Branding initiatives and efficient attraction activities according to the recruitment needs,
      • Keep recruitment system and activities under constant review,
      • Ensure that all the processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards,
      • Deliver accurate recruitment dashboard for SSC operations 


    • Broad recruitment skill-set, with a focus on sourcing and selection,
    • Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment processes (at least five years)
    • Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods,
    • Practical knowledge of selection tools, such as behavioral interview, assessment center,
    • Experience in leading recruiting PR campaigns and employer branding activities
    • Knowledge of legal constraints relevant to recruiting in Poland,
    • Background in a professional services environment or a Shared Services Centre, agency background would be an advantage,
    • Creative problem-solver who feels comfortable with numbers,
    • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills and able to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
    • Strong analytical skills,
    • Fluent verbal and written English and Polish is critical to the position; additional European language will be an asset.
