    Position Summary

    Provide administrative support to the Bain Executive Network (BEN) Americas team, including 1 Director and 4 Managers/Senior Managers across 5 locations in the U.S.  Duties include meeting and calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, event planning, some database management, and supporting ad hoc projects.


    • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.  Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach.
    • Make travel arrangements including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations for BEN Americas team
    • Provide logistical support for meetings – e.g., conference room scheduling, occasional food orders for internal meetings, etc.
    • Ensure timely submission of all expense reports
    • Support team in active relationship management by entering new contacts and maintaining existing contacts in CRM, and ensuring the accuracy of the information entered.  Achieve mastery of the CRM system via regular training sessions and partnering closely with the Global BEN Operations Team.
    • As the role evolves, may be asked to collaborate with the Specialist, Bain Executive Network to plan team off-sites and other related events
    • Apply basic computer graphics skills to update presentations using PowerPoint, as needed
    • Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate


    • Degree preferred; 1-2 years of administrative experience required; professional services experience highly preferred
    • Excellent judgment, communication and organizational skills; outstanding client service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the global team
    • Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills to balance competing priorities
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Prior experience working with a remote team strongly desired
