As part of the Office Services team, you’d perform various duties for an office of 400+ employees including but not limited to providing reception coverage, assisting the Team Lead with team scheduling, maintaining office cleanliness, equipment and supplies, shipping/receiving packages, mail processing/distribution, and other general mailroom and office duties.


    • Respond to email requests directed to the OS team in a timely and professional manner (using Microsoft Outlook)
    • Provide front desk/reception coverage as needed
    • Assist with event set-ups and tear downs for internal and client meetings
    • Conduct routine inspections of office equipment and submit maintenance requests in timely manner
    • Assist the OS team members to ensure updated inventory for office and kitchen supplies, and provide mailroom maintenance to ensure professional standards guidelines are met
    • Receive and ship packages; USPS, UPS, Federal Express and other couriers
    • Provide timely notification to staff when packages are received
    • Collect and distribute both U.S. and interoffice mail
    • Daily maintenance of copiers and printers ensuring that they are properly stocked with paper and toner and in good working order
    • Flag office needs (e.g. light outages, paper goods needs, etc.) and proactively provide solutions
    • Serve as member of the Life Safety team
    • Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned


    • Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably professional services with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
    • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proficiency with computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Customer service oriented with impeccable follow-through and a positive, “can-do” attitude
    • Able to demonstrate tact and grace under pressure
    • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information
    • Organizational skills and being detail-oriented is necessary
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Work environment:

    • The employee may be required to lift and/or move minimum of 15 lbs. (occasionally would need to lift up to 50 lbs.)
    • Job requires extensive walking on-site, including stairs
    • Some overtime work may be required
