We are currently seeking an outstanding Senior Coordinator to design and execute several of our largest global marketing programs. Over time the programs we run and initiatives we focus on will change – the Senior Coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring we can continue to execute premium programs across 55+ offices and a variety of hiring sources (undergrad schools, graduate schools, industry/experience hires, etc.). As the global recruiter team, especially our non-US offices, look to leverage these programs the Senior Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting these teams as they run similar events and programs locally.


This person will be instrumental in planning for and executing web-based and live engagements with recruits. This role requires a range of skills from being able to think strategically and lead programs to being able to execute and coordinate premium engagements.   • Lead Bain’s main virtual engagement programs – BainPassports and BainStrategies. These programs are webinar based programs which aim to bring incredible content and personal connections to recruits via their phone or computer. Responsibilities include:
    • Helping to manage our registration process via our recruiting system
    • Working with recruiters and experts around the globe to execute over 30 webinars a year
    • Project managing both programs including owning the work plan and ensuring key stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate times
    • Designing and executing the advertising plan
    • Create or co-create content for all sessions
    • Arrange speaker prep, with increased ownership over time
    • Execute all webinars
    • Develop and execute post-event surveys to help us improve upon the effectiveness of these programs
    • In addition to managing these two programs this person will serve as the recruiting department’s main contact for everything related to webinars including link generation, best demonstrated practices and trainings
  • Co-lead Bain’s main summer marketing initiative, ExperienceBain. This program includes a variety of live and online events focused on making a strong first impression with our recruits. Responsibilities include:
    • Helping to manage our registration process via our recruiting system
    • Designing and executing the advertising plan
    • Supporting creation of event materials
    • Scheduling prep calls and other associated meetings
    • Distributing materials and best demonstrated practices to all stakeholders
    • Develop and execute post-event follow-up to help us determine and improve upon the effectiveness of these programs
  • Co-lead ExperienceBain TECH which is an event under our ExperienceBain umbrella that exposes tech-minded recruits to the incredible work Bain is doing across Tech and Digital. Responsibilities include:
    • Running points on all logistics including calendar invites, booking conference rooms and arranging food/beverage orders
    • Scheduling all planning and prep calls
    • Researching new and innovative leads on content and speakers
    • Independently managing specific elements of the event – for example, arranging filming experts from around the world
    • Attending live event to provide logistical support
  • Co-lead Bain’s marquee on-campus events known as our Global Events. Responsibilities include:
    • Own the calendar of events and timeline to ensure all stakeholders are engaged appropriately and materials are delivered on time
    • Update and distribute all check-lists and best demonstrated practices for recruiters
    • Create and distribute a complete advertising package for recruiters
    • Arrange speaker prep when needed
  • Lead and support additional events/initiatives as needed, some examples:
    • Home for the Holidays: Team with recruiters across 55 offices to launch program and lead advertising
    • Poets & Quants: Act as main point of contact for conference, lead all logistics and work with Team Leader to create content/prep speakers, responsible for post-event relationship building
    • Gifts and nametags: Work with team to develop annual strategy, source and design gifts and collateral, coordinate global orders with local offices and school teams including shipping as needed
    • Offeree Weekend: Provide support as we continue to innovate this project, will include basic logistics like scheduling meetings to distributing materials to leading our NDA/client confidentiality process
  • Support new and innovative initiatives as needed


  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven ability to flawlessly flex between strategic thinking and execution
  • 3+ years of corporate or agency event marketing and/or recruiting experience
  • Solid understanding and passion for project management and relationship marketing
  • Must be highly organized, global-thinking, deadline driven and able to multi-task
  • Must have strong customer relations mindset, experience preferable
  • Must have strong verbal, written and presentation skills plus be able to confidently communicate with senior employees using data and analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Business usage of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Wordpress a plus.
  • Limited travel may be required, with advanced planning
