The Coordinator, Digital Marketing is a central part of the Bain & Company marketing team and is responsible for content maintenance, promotion, implementation and ongoing support for our core digital property, Bain.com. He/she will also become one of the team’s experts in our new content management system and serve as the internal go-to resource for documentation, training and change requests globally.
The ideal candidate has an interest in web and digital marketing and will be responsible for working across functional lines to identify and share best practices to leverage the Bain.com website to its fullest potential. The candidate will have a natural intellectual curiosity towards identifying the optimal UX experience and analyzing effectiveness, usage trends and available data to inform actionable recommendations and present reports to various internal practice stakeholders.
The person in this versatile role is an advocate for Bain’s digital channels and collaborates with staff at many levels across the globe to translate business requirements and expertise into web solutions.
Digital content management & systems expertise
Work with Digital Marketing Team Leader to implement best practice, digital solutions on Bain’s websites for internal customers
Add value to the digital marketing department by proactively solving problems and identifying recommendations to improve the overall website experience for users
Edit and update web content on bain.com and office microsites using our content management system
Learn and become expert user of new content management system, Episerver, followed by assisting with new user set up, documentation and ongoing trainings
Act as central team resource for reporting, troubleshooting and proactive enhancement
Own review/approval step in Episerver workflow for updates submitted by light users (i.e. local office, other microsite users, etc.)
Assist Digital Marketing team with Bain.com upgrade project including content migration; asset, page and microsite creation; staging and testing content; coordinating with internal web stakeholders to finalize content for launch
Analytics & reporting
Collect, document and interpret user traffic data for digital marketing campaigns, Bain.com and other Bain websites using Google Analytics and other tools for various reporting cycles
Establish regular cadence of reports and insights for internal distribution
Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned
