The Social Impact marketing specialist plays a critical role in building awareness of Bain’s Social Impact efforts and driving engagement with employees, recruits and office Social Impact programs. This position is responsible for writing, curating and delivering all Social Impact communications, including the corporate website (Bain.com), microsite (socialimpactatbain.com), e-newsletters and social media platforms. This person will also help identify and evangelize best practices for local Social Impact programs, creating more opportunities for Bainies across the globe to engage in meaningful Social Impact work. All of this will be while working in close collaboration with the Social Impact practice team and several internal stakeholders – including Recruiting, PR, Global Marketing and Social Impact leaders across individual offices.

The Social Impact marketing specialist will report to the Practice Manager and will interact with the broader SI team, including the SI Practice Leaders, Knowledge Specialist and Knowledge Associate. He/she must exhibition a passion for Social Impact, particularly in our focus areas.
