Provide high quality support to help CSS Directors and teams to be more productive by relieving them of administrative tasks. Duties include meeting and calendar management, coordination and arrangement of travel schedules, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining electronic SharePoint sites, meeting/event planning, and project support.


  • Provide assistance
    • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
    • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise, often at short notice, communicating changes to Managers and all impacted participants
  • Provide logistical support for all meetings
    • Conference room scheduling, set up, meal ordering for internal meetings
    • Preparation of meeting materials (printing, binding as needed)
    • Provide production support if needed
  • Manage all travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations for Directors and their teams as necessary
  • Compile and submit time and expense reports according to established schedule
    • Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage processing of invoices
  • Working with Directors in developing and maintaining various SharePoint sites


  • Degree preferred; 1-2 years of administrative experience required; professional services experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of personal computers and their software applications; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills to balance competing priorities in a highly demanding environment
