Based in our unique EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Warsaw, Database & Marketing Assistant (Associate, Regional Marketing CRM) will work remotely from the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction is essential. This role requires interactions with Marketing, Executive Assistants and HR in supported offices.
This position will suit an intelligent and energetic individual who is interested in developing a career within the Marketing sphere.   • Support Executive Assistants and HR to update databases      
  • Attend monthly CRM calls
  • Support Digital Mailing management
  • Maintain contact with local marketing teams in other offices
  • Maintain alumni data
  • Attend alumni program calls (quarterly)
  • Ensure regular outreach (Mail or email, Webinars, Alumni events, Newsletters, Holiday cards)


  • Experience of working in a demanding environment in an administrative capacity
  • Fluent knowledge of English and German is a must (at least C1 level)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Internet; good Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and fast learner
  • Someone with a "can-do /make it happen" attitude
  • At least good knowledge of Polish
