Published intellectual property represents a substantial marketing investment for Bain. The editorial department develops all of Bain’s global publications and the Coordinator, Marketing Operations supports the smooth operation of our editorial production on a daily basis, helps track multiple projects across the entire editorial team, and is responsible for measuring our production on a regular basis. Specifically, the Coordinator, Marketing Operations works with the Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor to maintain critical team documentation, post and maintains online publications pages, track key editorial metrics, produce analyses to gauge editorial production and marketing return-on-investment, and supports the internal and external distribution of Bain Insights.
The role emphasizes analytical marketing and careful content management, and requires advanced spreadsheet skills and attention to editorial detail as well as familiarity with HTML and content management systems. This role may offer the opportunity to oversee and guide the rollout of a new content and workflow tracking system. The role may also provide opportunities for management of interns and teams.
