The Marketing Coordinator, Lead Management will work collaboratively with Bain’s Digital Marketing team to identify and nurture new business opportunities and inquiries submitted via the firm’s global corporate website, Bain.com. This individual will utilize sales and market knowledge along with diligent research to determine appropriate opportunities, and proactively communicate, follow up, and track them through with internal stakeholders. Proper documentation of inbound requests and monitoring trends that drive business outcomes are key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, internet savvy, detail oriented, and possesses a technical aptitude for online tools and research. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to clearly synthesize research.
Additionally, this role will be tasked with a variety of research, dashboards/reporting, and data analysis projects to support Bain’s digital marketing campaign investments. As the digital ecosystem continues to evolve, there will be valuable experiential learning opportunities and the chance to be involved with truly integrated marketing campaigns across a number of Bain’s departments and core offerings.
Provide support for other special projects and responsibilities as needed
Assist with tracking and optimizing the Bain Insights app, including working directly with our agency as needed
Help monitor a variety of paid media campaigns to track high impact engagement
