Overview

Based in our EMEA Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, the role is to provide high quality graphics assistance in Power Point to consulting and non-consulting staff across Bain offices.

The role is varied, deadline-driven and requires daily use of Power Point and other Office software to produce and edit standard slide format for general day-to-day presentations focusing on delivery of message-based content with highly standardized look and feel. It also may involve production of tailored slide design for high-stake situations.

Responsibilities

  • Production of presentation graphics using Bain software and tools
  • Communication with clients to produce work that is timely, accurate, and meets Bain corporate brand standards
  • Accountability for personal output quality, on time delivery, customer communications
  • Adherence to Bain Operating Principles – Results, Teamwork, Professionalism

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working within a demanding corporate environment, preferably at a professional services or blue chip company
  • Native or fluent English and Polish (at least C2 level)
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office within a PC Windows operating environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence to forge strong and successful working relationships sense of service and ability to create additional demand through quality of delivery

Desired 

  • Fluency at C2 level in any other international language
  • Educated to degree-level
  • Interest in graphics design or a level of fluency in Adobe
