Overview

Based in our unique EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Warsaw, The Regional CRM Coordinator will work remotely from the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction is essential. This role requires interactions with Marketing, EA/MAs, Managers/Partners, and HR in supported offices. It may require interactions with employees in local offices and external vendors, according to set templates.

Responsibilities

CRM support 

  • Support Executive and Manager Assistants to update Partner/Manager databases  
  • Deliver CRM training for EA/MAs, Partners/Managers (especially new hires)
  • Attend monthly CRM calls
  • Support Digital Mailing management (standard message translation reviews, helping set up mailing lists) 

Bain Alumni program management 

  • Maintain alumni data
  • Track and maintain Guardian assignments
  • Ensure regular outreach (Mail or email, Webinars, Alumni events, Newsletters, Holiday cards)
  • Prepare Annual office news update newsletter
  • Attend alumni program calls (quarterly)
  • Support managing career center and Alumni surveys 

Other/Local marketing tasks 

  • Launch and manage local marketing initiatives
  • Attend calls/meetings with local marketing teams
  • Maintain contact with local marketing teams in other offices
  • Support development and execution of marketing plans

Qualifications

  • Someone with at least 1-2 years of previous experience in CRM Systems (preferred Microsoft)
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C2/C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
  • Computer literate; proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Internet along with good Excel and  PowerPoint skills
  • Experience of working in a demanding environment, preferably professional services or with a blue chip company in an administrative capacity
  • Very good organisation, prioritization and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Someone with a "can-do /make it happen" attitude
  • At least good knowledge of Polish
