The Customer Strategy & Marketing (CS&M) Practice is a global capability that works across all of Bain’s industries. It is comprised of various products including Loyalty and Net Promoter System (NPS), Employee Engagement (eNPS), Customer Experience, Pricing, Sales & Channel Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Brand Strategy, and Insights & Segmentation. The Practice is one of the fastest growing capabilities at Bain.
Knowledge Specialists play a critical role in supporting Bain’s ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Knowledge Management is critical to harness the best of our consulting staffs’ individual and collective expertise, and to make it available to our broader firm. This position is a full-time role supporting our Global Customer Strategy & Marketing practice area. The preferred location is Dallas in North America or Warsaw or Brussels in EMEA, but we are open to considering additional offices especially where there are other Knowledge Specialists already. This is a global role reporting into the global team leader for the Customer Strategy & Marketing Practice.
