Bain and Company is seeking a Regional Marketing Project Manager to join the Americas marketing team. This new role will play a critical role in refining our regional marketing strategy and accelerate innovation, with responsibility for building and leading a team focused on driving marketing initiatives for Bain practice area and product leaders.
Working in close collaboration with a wide range of Bain teams, the Regional Marketing Project Manager will identify and prioritize new opportunities, establish and leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement. This may include designing general and exclusive executive gatherings, establishing and cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with third parties, building training and other work products and completing other special projects as needed for the regional marketing director.
He/she will work closely with the Director of Americas Marketing to refine Bain’s regional strategy in support of Bain’s fundamental marketing objectives, namely building awareness for the firm and our products, deepening relationships and reinforcing the credibility of Bain’s leaders, practices and capabilities. Overall, this role will be pivotal in shaping how the firm establishes and expands Bain’s relationship with clients, prospects and alumni.
Regional practice strategy development: The Regional Marketing Project Manager will collaborate with Practice Area leadership, global and local office marketing teams to develop marketing strategy that effectively targets Bain clients, prospects, alumni and other critical influencers. As part, they will originate analyses (and oversee their execution) to inform alumni and marketing investment. Based on results, they will promote experience sharing, advocate specific strategies and create relevant training (or other development assets) for Bain marketing teams and frontline leadership to continually improve firm marketing efforts.
Project management: He/she will be responsible for the outcomes of specific marketing initiatives to include regional marketing campaigns with numerous activities across multiple channels (e.g., conferences, Bain hosted events, media, etc.) occurring in parallel.
